Chandler Property Management Services provides on-going management of residential properties in the South Toe Valley area near Burnsville, NC, and just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Many of our homes and cabins are in the vacinity of the Mt Mitchell Golf Course, and some have frontage on the South Toe River. David Chandler also provides residential real estate services for the area including Spruce Pine, Little Switzerland, Celo, Micaville, Burnsville, and Green Mountain. If you need help deciding which cabin or cottage is best for you, please let us know the size of your group, and the age groups if there are children. Some cottages may present some hazards to small children such as proximity to ponds, creeks and high places. Some cottages lend themselves to handicapped, while others would inaccessable by wheel chair, etc. We'll see if we can't point you in the right direction. Please give us 24 hours to respond.
